Hey, Blake! How's the Trust Fund Kid spending his time and cash these days?
What's the Trust Fund Kid doing these days? More like what am I not doing these days.
Weekdays I’m in the gym getting stronger, getting bigger, getting faster. Swole is the goal and size is the prize, ya feel me? I’m also spending my time at the Fighting Spirit Wrestling Academy in Sanford training in the ring with superstars like Pete Dunne and the Grizzled Young Vets. We’re basically homies now.
And weekends? Well, when I’m not putting my custom-made, baby seal Louis Vuitton leather boots into people’s faces, I’m in the club popping bottles, buying sections, chicks everywhere like a tsunami of women. We be up ’til the sun up.
Ay, sounds like you're living it up! I know your haters (a.k.a your fans) probably stay on your social media pages living vicariously through you...how do you think they would describe you?
Rich. Handsome. And wealthy. And if they say anything opposite of that then they’re probably blind and stupid.
Oof, that's harsh. If that's what your haters would say, how would you describe yourself? What does your "aura" feel like or what song captures it?
Dripping in designer from head to toe. Diamonds dancing on my wrist and my neck. What it feel like? I don’t know, you tell me, girl…
What song would it be? Probably “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” by Yeezus because I had a dream I could buy my way to heaven, but when I woke up, I spent it on a necklace.
I know you take your drip seriously, but what about your wrestling? What are some of your signature moves in the ring?
[One of my] signature moves [is] a springboard kick to the head. I call it the “Trust Fund Kick.” I know, clever, right? Well, if you like that, you’ll love this. My finishing move is a double-arm hook DDT and I call it the “Designer Drop Top” cause I wear designer and I drop them on the top of their head anddd it’s a DDT, get it? Designer Drop Top? Damn, I’m clever.
Very clever...I appreciate the pun. But I feel like at shows, your haters in the crowds try to act like they don't appreciate your ability to entertain them! Tell me about a match you had where you got even your biggest haters to admit you're one of the best at this.
First off, I don’t let any of those hillbillies get under my skin. Their boos mean nothing to me. I know what makes them cheer. But with that being said, the match I had last month against that cosplaying cowboy, Nick Turner, I did at some point hear the crowd change their tone with me and [they] began cheering and chanting my name. All I can say to that is…about damn time.
