Welcome to Pro Wrestling Spotlight! Today I'm sitting at the round table to talk wrestling with the KnightBae himself.

Good day, Sir Knight Merrik! In December 2024, you were at United Pro Wrestling where you battled Brutality INC with T.I.M. for the Tag Team Championships. Are you gearing up to partner with T.I.M. again any time soon or will your next venture be solo?
Greetings, Lady Marian of the blog, for I would like to say many thanks for including me in thine new venture of wrestling blog. It is a great honor to be featured among other warriors of the fray in this realm of writing. Alas, to answer thine questions, indeed, I just left battle with my Brothern T.I.M. in North Carolina. For we are a new team and are looking to do more together as the Grap Kings alongside our other Brothern of the fray, Paragon. Currently, I am looking more to solo battles as it is always my pride to go fists to cuffs on mine own.
A man of independence and bravery, I see! What are three other words that your fans (or "nobles" as you would say) would use to describe you?
Three words the nobles would use well I would say [is] intense. Whenever I enter the fray for battle I like to leave an image of battle, an image of knighthood, if thou will, from the energy in my strikes to the power I bring forth in my slams. I wish to be felt in and out of the ring by warriors and nobles alike. Handsome is another characteristic as [I am] the official KnightBae in the realm of TikTok. I bring an aura of confidence and stunning, grand looks when I am in the fray or just standing at the merchant's table greeting the nobles alike. Versatile would be the last word as I am always ready in any battle [and] any situation I am placed in. I shall stand tall and never [be] lost in the moment thrown to me.

You mentioned "aura" and now I have to ask...what does your "aura" look like? What song would it be?
My aura, my warrior spirit, goes back to the words that describe me—I am a chameleon of the battlefield. Versatile in all ways, alas, I do naught run and hide, rather I stand fast in battle raging like a scaly flame of green and gold fitting into any situation dealing with all obstacles placed in front of me. As far as the song, it would be "Caves" by Chiodos, which is the song I use to march into battle now. For it speaks about fight or flight and what thou will do when faced with it. Alas, when I am warmonger, another darker, inward self, I am “Darkbloom” by We Came as Romans as I am born of the dark and it shows the fight of good and darkness within the aura of the song.

I think the songs you mentioned reflect your hard-hitting moves when you wrestle! What is your signature move and finisher? What made you choose them?
For I have a handful of signature moves, one being the Dragon Suplex. As my ancestors were true members of the knighthood, it’s only right to fight the mystical beast of legend that is the dragon. With that every Dragon Suplex, I feel closer to them and gain more spirit of them in every battle. I also favor the Ripcord Flatliner or "Sword in the Stone" as I call it. Many of Black warriors of the fray have a flatliner (or "complete shot" as it's also called) in their arsenal, so it was only right that I as well bring one into my hall of arms.
[As for] my finishers, I have two. "Morien’s Blade" which is named after The Black Knight Morien of King Arthur’s round table. [It] is a polish hammer to the nape of the neck. And also "The Conquest" which is a spin-out torture rack bomb that usually sends foe’s back to medieval time when I land it, HA!
I've witnessed your matches over the last couple of years and each time your speed and power are crazy impressive. What match have you felt the most fast or dominant? And when the crowd cheers "Hazzuh!" is it like a power boost?!
Many thanks for thine kind words about my matches. Truly prideful that thou find favor in them. For my favorite match [was in] the 2024th year of our lord with Mason Allen at Wrestling Evolution in Denver, North Carolina. For it was one of the first times in a while I have felt able to do battle the way I know how and to bring the nobles forth into the fray with us in way of battle, realness, and favor. For I did naught come forth victorious, alas, I found favor with the nobles of the kingdom and have returned since to their cheers [of] admiration.
For when I do call out the cheers of the nobles with my "Hazzuh!" I bring their love for battle forth into the battle for they become one with me, and they are cheering for battle and blood shed as true lovers of war would.
